Room proportions are engagingly comfortable & inviting. Custom kitchen w/ gas fireplace. 4-season sunroom w/ gas stove, triple tiered crown moldings and marble wood-burning fireplace in LR. Irrigation system in front & back yards. Metal fencing in back yard. A Must see to believe home!

This is sooo beautiful! I like how they redid the kitchen (plus inset cabinetry is top of the line/expensive!), I like the colors that have been used for the walls & prob wouldn’t change any of them, I like the sunporch, I like the stained glass windows, I like the bathrooms… on & on & on! And I think the pale blue bedroom with its matching bath is mine! 😉
Oh, yeah, and it’s on a large lot, across the street from a park!👍🏼👍🏼

A Tudor exterior with a Colonial revival interior. I wonder if the interior is original. Doesn’t really matter because I love it as is. Dibs on the bedroom with the two dormer windows.

Stained glass in bathrooms always establishes a rare tone of refinement. This home is subtly spectacular.

Gorgeous in every way, especially those stained glass windows. This home owner has beautiful taste. What gorgeous rugs and linens. Lovely, lovely house.

Right on Cathy F. That kitchen is top of the line. Custom cabinets, butcher block countertops throughout. At first I didn’t think there was any exhaust over the stovetop, but I actually think it’s built in the cabinet above just over the spice shelf. Are those cork tiles on the floor? I’ve put cork down in my last two kitchens and love it. Historically appropriate for this home too. The whole house strikes a perfect balance between high-end finishes and understatement. But I have to confess that I fall into the don’t-paint-the-woodwork camp.

I love almost everything about this home. In designing my new home, I will put the stove nearer to the sink and have built in ovens. This home is wonderful! Love, love, love the curved wall treatment at the windows. Many exquisite features in this home!!!

I almost scrolled past… no usually a Tudor fan. Boy, would I have missed something wonderful! I could move into this house and not change a thing. Those huge rooms, and that SUNROOM!!

This is a house that looks like a lot of memories were made in it. I would think it terribly hard! to sell it.
It’s a dream house; everything is so lovely, clean, and in order. I loved the cute little white kitchen, stained glass, covered outdoor porch. I could read a lot of books there. It’s a total, LOVELY!

Just a delightful, cheerful, possible 3 generational home that checks all the boxes. The house seems perfect without trying too hard. Colors are restful where needed and warm and bright where required. I would love to be a weekend guest in this home!

Fireplace in the kitchen. Stained glass in the bathroom. And everything perfect in between. This is my dream house.

Love! This house goes to show that you can have kitchens and bathrooms that function well for today but still look appropriate in an old house – well done!
