This one is such a fun place, I can actually see myself living here. I even love the entrance wallpaper, it makes me smile.

Lovely house, beautiful decorating, and I always appreciate photos from the different seasons. But why does the listing start off with the words “cream puff”? I don’t get it . . .

Real Estate term: The term cream puff in real estate essentially refers to an immaculate piece of property or a buyer’s dream. It’s not designated by the price or size of the property, but more so by it’s immaculate appearance.

Love it, even though it appears to have no dishwasher nor interior stairs to basement and I wish the full bath had not been so thoroughly updated. Looks like it may be used as AirBNB?

What a cutie. I got excited when I saw this listing but I need three bedrooms and office space. Not sure the basement “bedroom” would cut it. Maybe a possibility. Maybe.
