Lovely house at a killer price. It’s a slight shame that someone painted the brick Egyptian revival fireplace.

Can you hear me screaming “kitchen kitchen kitchen” from here?? It looks like the only update in a very long time is the fridge! Fantastic!

More 1910, IMO, that 1929. Not that construction dates matter to most folks. Looks like this house was considered a “Dutch Colonial” when it was built. The house seems reasonably priced for the features offered.

  5. Tom Grabinski says: 69 comments

Yep. I vote 1910 mostly because of the staircase detail.

  6. Nancygirl says: 145 comments

How about that yellow wall oven and sink? Wow!

  7. Roya Smith says: 18 comments

Yes, Nancy, the yellow stove got me. I love the front porch too.

  8. David Sweet says: 281 comments

What a neat little house! and I love the 1940s-50’s kitchen.
