OK, so it’s been Chip-and-Joanna’d a little bit downstairs . . . still pretty awesome, and that upstairs porch (sleeping porch?) is the icing on the cake!

I love this house! I would not want to strip all that white woodwork, but I’d still live there in a heartbeat. I love those fireplaces, the upstairs porch, and the nice sized bedrooms.

What a lovely liveable home. What’s the latch under the window in the upstairs sleeping porch?

Natasha, when the sash is up the solid part becomes a low door.

Very interesting house stylistically. Looks like a fun project with quite a bit of original material to work with. Totally agree about the “Chip and Joanna” 1st floor.

Out of curiosity what does selling with full disclosure mean?
