I’m a fan of the interior with that beautiful view. I’m imagining myself with a snugly pair of socks and oversized fluffy shirt with a cup of hot cocoa in this setting.

I’ve been waiting for some time to see a mid century with a Nutone Kitchen Center still intact. Love everything about this one.

The Eames chair is what brings it all together.

Wow! Love this house too! Look at the windows & the fireplace is so romantic. The grounds!! And on a river. And its a rather small and cozy. I like that!

I might tone down the walls with a colored semi-transparent stain to give some relief from the wood floors & ceilings. The lighting is great, as is the early kitchen TGrant mentioned. Nice collection of Edward R. Curtis Indian prints, did anyone catch those? Nice, quiet setting too!

It seems more cabin than mid-century but it comes together nicely. I’d buy this one.

How did this make it 60 years without a lot of modifications? Note the clothes line over the bathtub – this house has every modern idea the era had to offer. And a view!

I LOVE wood, and to me this home’s walls and doors look “thirsty”. For me this is almost perfect in it pristine setting, but I’d check on the flood zoning before getting really interested. Surprised at the lack of bird feeders around and no mention of a garage or basement. Very cozy and appealing home.
