      Yeah, “make it your own” is usually realtor speak for “needs work” but I only saw a couple cosmetic things that I would update. It’s a lovely house.

    This lovely home has such fantastic curb appeal you just want to go in and explore. Large rooms and an overall comfortable, homey feel. Not wild about the wall paper but still what a great family home. I’m with Bethster that the kitchen layout is kind of awkward but I’m sure I’d get used to it. I actually like that kind of exterior/wrap around/corner area with all its drawers and storage. Quirky!
