That fence is a work of art. I linked the street view, up top under the address, it’s a pretty lot (minus the cars), the Magnolia trees frame it beautifully. Now I’m trying to decide what number this is on my favorite house list.

I love everything about the exterior of this home(minus the privacy fence) But oh the front FENCE! The inside does not scream to me, and I can’t figure why. The details in the woodwork is neat. Okay looking at the pictures down the hallway… Where is the door in pic 15?

Love everything about this home, especially the fence and kitchen. There’s not much I would change, except take out the carpets in the bedrooms upstairs. Would love to keep some of the furniture too.

To me, this house is fantastic. Take out the carpet, and with a gentle hand see what else needs attention. My favorite rooms are the evolved, old style kitchen and the laundry room. Both so old fashioned. I felt as tho I was transported back in time. The rest of the house is great to me. Plenty of room, nice moldings, high ceilings ect. This house is to my budget, scale and it really speaks to me. Even tho I enjoy Kelly’s posts of mansions and much more elaborate homes, this one is in my top 5 of all time favorites. Just today I received the contract on a home I have been trying to purchase for over a year, from a generational family/slumlords. If my purchase goes through, I will save/renovate this once lovey home. Had this not happened, I would have been on my way to Crystal Springs to view this house.

This is one I could see being very exciting for a film location producer, as is, with little need for artificial staging. It’s so wonderfully genuine and comfy. I could move right in. I wanted to dislike the paint on the fence; but I really kinda love it.

Winner most adorable, comfy laundry room EVER! Heheheh. 😉

    Lucky buyer!

Wow. My favorite kind of house. Lived in, un-selfconcious, loved, without any effort to restore, modernize or HGTV it in sight.

The unusual add on. Is that the where the kitchen and laundry-parlor are located? Would be nice to see a floor plan. Having trouble orienting myself. Victorian fence is charming, but would probably do well painted black. Love the dining room built-ins.

There is an artistic soul living in this house which is why it is so appealing and welcoming to me (along with the house itself, the gate and the trees). It looks like someone likes to pick up unusual things as they come across them, bring them home and then find just the right spot. They have done this home proud.
