The inside needs more attention that I expected, given the pristine condition of the exterior. Afraid that the wall of smoky mirrors in the stairwell would have to go, LOL…overall, with a little interior polish, it would again be a showplace. Neighborhood looks nice, too…I wonder if the vacant lot to the right goes with this house…

Oh lordy, I do love those bathrooms with their original fixtures!

It looks as though the that space on the right would belong to the house since there is a seating area and a large brick barbecue built in as well as some sort of shed. It seems unlikely that the owners would have built those things on land they did not own but then who knows. Great house with masses of potential for an interior spruce up as opposed to an update.

Love this house. There is so much going on in my head as to what I’d do if I was lucky enough to own it. I’m bookmarking this home as a fav. P.S. The price is right for me.
