A couple of years ago I nearly moved to Maysville. Home of the Clooney clan… it’s a beautiful, well preserved town…

I’ve been keeping an eye on this house. It’s a little farther than I want to move, it’s about an hour from me. But it has everything one can ask for. Beautiful woodwork, original lighting, plenty of space, a nice yard and driveway in a beautiful town with more historic homes and buildings than any small I have ever been to. I do want to go see it in person if it doesn’t sell by the summer. There are some other homes in that town I want to see as well.

The 1922 build date belies the fact that there are what look to be victorian style light fixtures and the living room and 4 season sunroom look to have a fireplaces. The overall layout is hard to put together due to the order of the pictures. Needs HVAC as well. Overall a great house close to the Ohio River. Great details!
