That is a beautiful house! Would make a few decorative changes to suit my taste, but otherwise would buy if I could. I have a brother living near Natchez.

Something wonderfully Deep South about this house, from the porch and the exuberant Sago Palm in front to the many breeze-admitting windows & French doors. Just the kind of place inhabited by characters in Faulkner, Carson McCullers, or Capote writings, and where I’d love to be on a sultry afternoon.

The only thing I’d change, is the tile countertop in the kitchen. I don’t like the looks of tile on a counter, and I don’t think it’s very sanitary, as crumbs get caught in the grout and are hard to wipe up. Other than that… I love this house!
