    Based on the description, I expected a worn out house with shag carpet…I don’t think it needs renovation or updating based on the photos here! Looks like a very nice home, inside and out.

      I agree with out about the no renovations needed. Unfortunately, alot of buyers don’t appreciate the beauty of the original features. They want to come into a beautiful old lady as this and gut her and make her look like a modern New York apartment on the inside. Yuck!
