Beautiful English Tudor on a lovely street below Jefferson in Grosse Pointe Park! The gorgeous character of mahogany woodwork and lead glass windows provide for charm that cannot be duplicated. This impeccably maintained home sits on a well manicured lot. This property is enriched with such history! It has a one of a kind brick patio that is constructed with reclaimed roadway pavers from Fort Street at the Rogue River Bridge. The granite on the fire pit derives from under the Fort Street trolley tracks. A wide driveway leads to an extra long three car garage, showcased with striking new garage doors. This home has an open layout that is perfect for entertaining and everyday living. It has many updated features: a new kitchen with high end cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, new windows, new electrical, top of the line Mitsubishi heating and cooling system, and a finished basement with a new bathroom. Don't delay your opportunity to own this fantastic home!

Lovely entrance hall. Nice flow, cohesive. Exciting yet calming and welcoming decor. Whimsical and delightfully light kitchen. The contrast of contemporary furnishings and colors works for me. I love the negative space used in the second-floor landing, It is bold and unexpected. Well taken care of, seemingly.

As a woman walking toward me on the street once said as we approached each other: “Somebody likes purple!!!” So, yeah, I wear a lot of purple and (sometimes) carry a purple purse. That doesn’t always translate into wanting purple walls, but I like the ones here, especially in the kitchen.

P.S. Kudos to agent for including a floor plan!
