I love that room off the dining room with the glass panels seperating space! I bet it was for plants etc, not sure what the name for this is but I love it and the rest of the house is grand.

The realtor site says $2660 – not bad for the northeast.

Late Queen Anne Free Classic, I’d say. Very elegant for a mid-sized home, with a fine staircase. Natural finish throughout, from the entry to the pantry and baths!

    Is that a Juliet balcony?!

This is literally 4 blocks from my house, and I wish I had the money, I’d buy it in a heartbeat! We’re a small, pretty low-income town, so for this area, that’s quite a high price. There’s a video on Zillow that shows even more features. It’s so gorgeous!

What a lovely home. The wood trim is amazing and how I love that stairwell and balcony!
