    This appears to be a much loved house. Very tasteful remodel. I love the child’s room. I just picture a young couple with a little cutie running around in bare feet.

    Athens is just such a special place with lots of stuff going on. This redo is well done; I’ll have to check and see if that architect’s group did it. Their houses are always interesting. Just don’t overpay and you will always be able to sell it in Athens.

    You might even get a lower rate on homeowner’s insurance with the fire station across the street… similar to lower rates for a fire hydrant in your front yard! How great is that?
