Farm Estate on 300 feet of all sports Six Mile Lake. A rare offering of this beautiful well-maintained stone farmhouse built around 1910. Not only can you grow all of your own produce, you can catch all of your fish from beautiful Six Mile Lake. Five spacious bedrooms including main floor master. Three full baths. Meticulously redone the gingerbread and wood floors look as though they were installed yesterday. The kitchen although redone is reminiscent of a by-gone era. Enjoy morning coffee on the wrap-around porch looking over the lake. On over 12 beautiful acres with gardens and perennials including an out building that is currently used for chickens. There is an oversized 3 car garage that on the east end can house horses or livestock. Newer roof, electric, windows, and HVAC make this home move in ready. Wood stove in the kitchen adds enough ambiance and heat to take the chill off of even the coldest of days. If you ever wanted to be self-sufficient and watch Northern Michigan sunsets over the lake this is the place for you..

Love the stonework on the outside. From far away it looked like yellow brick. I was really surprised on the close up. Everything inside is lovely and well taken care of.

I LOVE old stone houses, (think of the labor involved with setting and mortaring in each of those small stones) and this one is a beauty. Even the old register grills are wonderful. And that lake!!!

This house looks so homy! I love the tiny lights in/on the fretwork!
