I know the interior is a bit stark and missing some original details but the exterior detailing won over.

Hey, that’s an interesting home. While I would have a very hard time living where my neighbor was almost close enough to pass a cup of sugar without leaving the house, the exterior did catch my eye.

I wonder where the door leads that the shower is blocking in picture # 14… The shower base won’t let you open it & it looks like you need to maneuver around the sink in order to use it.

This house is exactly one block east of the house I grew up in. Just cross the alley behind the house and through the neighbor’s back yard, and I’m “home”!! This is a very nice street full of well kept homes, many of which have been updated (on the outside, at least) since I lived there 40 years ago. In fact, the house next to ours has been owned by the same family for at least 3 generations. Lot’s to like here. That odd door behind the shower I would guess is inoperable with the shower there, but at least they left it intact for someone to un-muddle it. Plain Jane on the interior, I agree, but could be so nice!!
