My kingdom for that pink stove. I don’t think I’d want to live in a log cabin but I’m always excited when I see one posted somewhere. I’m always curious about what they do with the interior.

Did anyone else wonder if that one foot drop in the stream is the waterfall?

We have an old-time Amish-style hardware store in Kidron, OH called Lehmann’s Hardware, and yes- I believe I have seen pink appliances there at one time. 🙂

Love it! There is something about log cabins. They just feel so cozy. Great stone fireplaces and some interesting windows just for good measure. I’d need rockers on that front porch because that’s were I’d be every evening, listening to the stream. That is a proper water feature. This is just a great house on a wonderful property.

I love the old appliances too! I have a friend whose house was built in the 50’s and the lower level kitchen has original appliances, all pink! The bathrooms have pink fixtures too. I think it’s fun to see those things still used. So much more character than what is available today.

Nobody mentioned there are TWO stoves in this cabin. You can see them both in pic #21 and a larger view of the white stove in pic #24! The more I scroll through all these pics, the more I like this place. Reminds me of my teenage years when my mom and my 2 brothers and myself lived in one just outside Portola State park! It wasn’t this big but brought back some old memories. All this and 64 acres! One certainly doesn’t have to worry about any privacy issues. Looks peaceful and so relaxing. Without ever being to Kentucky, this listing sounds like a really great price! Pink stove included!

C’mom Y’all!! That’s Mamie pink! I had a pink one similar in a rental when I was younger. That aside, the cabin is perfect! Everything about that kitchen is amazing!!!

Never realized how much Kentucky looks like my neck of the woods here in NE Oklahoma. That could be my back yard!
Love the cabin. I often watch Log Cabin Living and wonder why in the world people spend that kind of money on new built cabins when they could have something like this for half the price (and 60 times the acreage!)
