Map: Street

Darling bungalow, built in 1939, with a gorgeous walled backyard, mature landscaping front and back, carport & 2-car garage, w/d, with a studio attached (has full bath, no kitchen). So much character... you'll love the exposed beams, the rustic wood-burning fp, the gorgeous hardwood floors. Kitchen is spacious, with room for a breakfast table, and features original vintage stove and saltillo flooring. The backyard is truly an oasis, with covered patio, brick & flagstone, a fountain, raised garden beds. The 220 sf studio with full bath is attached to the garage... thinking Airbnb or home office? Best of all, you are a block and a half from wonderful eateries and coffeeshoppes, and just minutes to UA main campus, even closer to Banner Medical campus. Bikescore 90 & Walkscore 76.

I would buy this house for the yard alone; what a beautiful job of land- and hardscaping. I also LOVE the kitchen stove!!!

Yup, me too. It was the backyard that pushed it into “Okay, you have to post this.”

Yeah, it’s really well done. In Tucson you could almost live out there in it too!

I like the kitchen and stove too, but the living room and fireplace are my favorites. From the exterior pic, I didn’t expect that high living room ceiling.

I love that ceiling, and the kitchen. I’m not sure about either front or back yards; I’m a north east gal, and I am so used to a lot of greenery. But, add an inground pool, and I definitely think I could deal with this nice house. And
