Great potential. Collingswood is a fantastic area; a thriving downtown with a wide selection of restaurants, all BYOs, if I’m not mistaken. I think it’s a dry town, due to its Quaker roots. BTW what’s the type of flooring in the attic room?

This could be a real gem—great bones. A few things I’d change, but it is quite lovely even with the TLC needed to bring it back.
Isn’t Collingswood where Dark Shadows took place. . . .? LOL

The Collins family lived in Collinsport, Maine, but the mansion was Collinwood. The actual house (Carey Mansion) is in Newport, Rhode Island, but it’s a private home and no tours, darn it!

I love the floors in the house. You can see the time period the house was built has reflected some of the details inside with a lot of colonial revival details instead of the traditional detials I would have expected. Thankfully the majority of the house seems intact, like the leaded glass windows and the stain glass windows.
