Husband had half this week off so I’ve been only working half days (there are site things I must do besides posting homes everyday.) Will be back to normal tomorrow but I think this may be my only post for the day or maybe one more, we’ll see. 🙂

Kelly, your postings are so valuable to us all out here. Thank you for your continued effort in allowing us to dream big! I have my eyes on two properties and one of which I can’t stop thinking about morning, noon and night. I am calling the realtor tomorrow to find out more information. I would likely turn it into a partial dorm area for local college students. This would help with the large tax bill on the property. It’s one option of many. I am thinking of doing a 1031 exchange if possible. Thanks again for your continued help on the site!

I’m thinking this house is older than build date, guessing that was when they added on to it. Could be a beauty, nice acereage to boot! Can’t beat dat price, ‘neither! Happy New Year all!

Fantastic home for total rehab. But what a beauty it would be. I’d love to buy it and redo this home. Who wants to loan me the money?

that house is SO much older than that. a Greek Revival with returns in the gables and six over six sash. try 1850’s. which makes it even better.

  13. WOW just the acreage alone would cost at least $70,000.00 in my area! Wish they had taken pictures of the staircase.
