This is a very nice house and the asking price makes this a heck of a good buy!!! I love the woodwork, and the hardwood floor!!! Rooms are spacious, and kitchen is very neatly organized!!!!

Spacious house that needs some TLC, but a great deal. I’ve often wondered about the heating costs in Maine. Ours in Wisconsin are hefty so I was sure to add insulation to the attached garage and attic. In this house both are needed. It would be so much fun to be all cozy in that attic. Anyone know what that large item is in picture #16? Could be a hot tub???

It looks like a pool table.

I think it’s a hot tub, also. If you look towards the window you can see part of it is uncovered. Plus, unless they were just storing a pool table, there’s not enough room to play!

This house so much charm, I love it! The wrap around porch should be a good selling point. I like that most of the wood trim has been untouched.
