The 2011 street view, linked up top under the address, shows how tired the home looked. What a great job they did with the exterior restoration!

A+ to the owners for picking a real good appropriate color scheme for the house, and not siding over with vinyl. Two different body colors is what this style is all about. Texture. The interiors are amazing! And although this is later than my favorite period, I still do love this style.

I know the people who worked on this house, and got to tour it in progress. They did a great job, and were very nice.

Lots of nice features, but the lack of fireplace kills it for me.

I drive by this house every day on the way to work. The owner was very careful in restoring its historic integrity and it looks stunning. Someone else bought a very similar house 2 doors down and gutted it, replaced all the windows and and covered it with vinyl siding. It’s listed for $50,000 more. It makes me so sad when it could have looked like this one.
