If you are looking for a truly classic home with tons of history, here is one of those rare opportunities. The Brandt/Quirk Family home has been in their family for generations. This Victorian treasure was built in 1875 and was remodeled in 1919 to accommodate the Brandt/Quirk families. With over 5,000 sq ft, this home boasts 6 bedrooms, 3 full & 3 half baths, intricate detail throughout it's living spaces & bedrooms. You will love the gorgeous hardwood floors, stained glass windows and multiple fireplaces. In 1919, it was converted to a 2 family residence but can easily still be used as a single family home. This is an ideal setting for someone running a business from home with an extra parking area including a detached 4 car garage.

Oooh—love the peach tile in the bath, and the floor tile. Overall the home’s color palette is very appealing to me. And the hardwood floors and shelving are wonderful. But I’m slightly intimidated by the imposing columns!

Intact Ionic columns and pilasters! Wonderful.

My 10 yr old daughter bluntly said “pink everywhere…doesn’t that burn their eyes?” Such innocence
On the other hand, the light fixture on the banister is quite impressive!!
