So far this week, my favorite home. I love that kitchen, the green bathroom, even the basement! The artwork in the bedroom I’m guessing is the original bit from the description, it’s adorable.

A fine 1920’s house for all the features mentioned. The kitchen is a gem, and when I look at the dining alcove I wonder why more houses don’t have one. The south facing front might get a bit warm – I’d think about some awnings.

The street is wonderful, with houses from the 1880’s to mid-century, almost a museum of middle-class house styles.

Tomorrow I fly to the U.S. where I will be spending 6 weeks in Wisconsin albeit it about 1 1/2 hours away from Oshkosh. I might just have to drive there and have a look at this. It is really nice.

Oshkosh is a pretty city and I wouldn’t mind living there. I’m only 2 hours away so this may be a good day trip, seeing how I’m aching to move anyway. Couple of things I’d change about this house, but simply minor compared to the awesomeness of the whole picture. Good choice, Kelly–as usual.
