I don’t really understand the description, pre-1910 looks closer than 1935 but whatever, it’s got some nice details in there.

A little tidying and staging would work wonders for the listing. I love this house and am paying attention to houses in Texas as my husband and I begin to mull over where to retire in the future.

Nice woodwork and proportions of arches, doors, widows. Pitssburg is a nice, small rural town. Not close to any big urban areas.

It looks like a little doll house on the outside. The potential is great, some really cozy features. I like the lot size and the fact it’s not too close to larger urban areas. With some paint, cleaning and love it could be darling. I bet there may be hardwoods under carpet. Great price!
