Seller must sacrifice! Must see to believe! Turn of the century Victorian beauty with many modern day updates. Breathtaking grand staircase, fireplaces with Italian marble imported from Europe, original pocket doors, stain glass accent windows and charming parlors and sitting rooms are just a few of the elegant touches. Updated with central air/heat but original brass radiators remain. Home was originally built in 1910, but has sustained a few renovations. Currently has 5 BR, 4.5 BA, and the attic has started renovations (includes window and closet, could easily convert to 6th bedroom). Home has been a Bed & Breakfast in the past. Don't miss your chance to own this timeless beauty.

I wonder how many people will miss out on the fantastic details inside because they looked at the outside and didn’t click to check it out. 🙂

I looked at the remuddled exterior and my second thought was: There’s NO WAY Kelly would have posted this if there wasn’t something spectacular inside.

And I was not disappointed, Kelly.

Oh, and my first thought was: Yikes!

House is beautiful inside. I’m not a big fan of vinyl siding; it makes me wonder what condition the wood is in under it. Great woodwork, stairs are gorgeous, and I love pocket doors. Overall, a nice house.

The staircase has drama to spare.

The stained-glass at the stair is not likely original which makes me curious: What WAS there?

Many beautiful details – woodwork in general, meandering stairway, fireplaces, stained glass windows.

The interior is very nice, especially the stairs. I can even appreciate the frowning faces on the fireplace!

Kelly, what type of architecture do you think this is?

The exterior is so changed, I’m finding it difficult to say. I’m leaning toward Colonial Revival.

I was definitely leaning towards Colonial Revival too. There’s an early 20th century colonial revival near us that’s virtually untouched and the similarities are there. Big wrap around porch with spaced columns. The porch roof blending into a four square second and third floor attic. Okay! Thanks for your quick response!
