Been on the site before, I regret deleting it because it had so many photos. It’s a great home, I love their exterior color selection.

Why would they sell this house without pictures of the entrance to the house and the stairway from the first floor landing?
The kitchen is nice, and I love the shower and bathtub.

As much as I love the outside of this house, it is hard to see the features inside for all the patterns and things filling every room. If this is typical Victorian decor, it is a bit too much for me.

Of course, there is the copper bathtub next to the round shower that can’t be missed. . . Wow

That’s a stunning shower. Wonder if it’s original to the house? I didn’t think people really took showers (just baths) in the days of the Second Empire. Either way, it’s beautiful.

I know of an 1886 house that has an original “cage” type shower very similar to this one. I’m curious what they used as a shower curtain back then?

Wow! I’m going to watch for an open house on this house, as it’s about an hour from me! It’s just so beautiful and I would just love to view it! I would love to see that skeleton shower and the stairwells and just everything! That little carriage house is so sweet. I am not a wallpaper person, but that stairwell photo is just outstanding!

Good grief. this house is exhilarating, exhausting (in a good way) and energetic. Each and every room looks like an experience in itself; then, one travels to yet another breath-taking “moment.” Make that “half hour, just to appreciate the detail.” I wonder how many people participated in the rescuing, refurbishing, polishing, furnishing, lighting, etc. Some of the features are absolutely unusual, even to a house maven such as I.

I love the house, especially the colors they chose for the exterior. I have to agree with Nancy on the interior, a bit to colorful for my tastes although a stunning interior as well!

I was in this house during the last time it was for sale. The exterior is simply amazing however the inside is quite ‘tight’ with space….not as large as one would expect. I am surprised that central air has still not been installed which it definitely could use.

    1885 Italianate.

Just think, for twice, three times as much dough you could build a boring cookie cutter McMansion! Nothing beats the homes of yesteryears! Wow.

Ok….I have an all new favorite house! What a beauty! Love the antique shower!
