Thats a lot of wonderful house for the money. Does anyone else think of the old TV show the Walton’s when looking at this?!?

Yes, TGrant, this does looks like a multi-generational ant hill. Perhaps the style could be designated ‘Waltonesque’? I am fascinated by the possibilities here. To a Canadian the price seems baffling.

It doesn’t look like it needs a whole lot to bring it back! In fact, since we know it needs a water heater, it looks as tho if you bring one with you, it is move in ready! At least livable while you make upgrades! I like it!
