I love this house. I especially love all it’s nooks and crannies. What a charmer this is. I wonder if the original floors are under the carpeting? West point is right on the Alabama state line and right next to a gorgeous lake. Nine minutes to a Walmart and also only an hour to Columbus. Seems like a wonderful location. I think this house is gem at an amazing price.

I like ~everything~ about this house … except maybe that .38 acre lot – if it had just a tad more dirt to go with it, it would be perfect!

Wow, that owner devoted a room to the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. I may have worked with them at ACOG. I have some of the same schwag stashed in my attic.

I love all of the decorative trim and shingles! The angles of the exterior are so inviting! The wraparound porch, ah! And the inside is charming.

A “grandma” house/home on most positive end. Cozy as can be. Love it.
