      I’m from Statesville, and yes, this was built as a school, but converted many years ago. This is a very walkable location, close to our beautiful downtown, very nice restaurants, bars and shopping. Statesville has beautiful historic districts, and is very accessible via I 40 and I 77. Take a look!!
