Loads of potential. The exterior clearly needs a coat of paint, but the interior seems in good shape. A little cosmetic tweaking one room at a time. The legs on that bathroom sink are really unique – they look en pointe.

This looks like a rock solid Old Bess. Sturdy.

The height staggering of the kitchen cabinets is unique. I think I like it….

I am particularly fond of the centrally located fireplace because most every room in the house will benefit from it!
Love the unpainted woodwork and hardwood floors throughout the home.

Love the bathrooms. The white one looks almost commercial/industrial, which is interesting, but I hope whoever buys this house keeps it intact. It’s super neat.

What a great house for a great price! The money saved could be used to spruce up the outside and do some cosmetic work inside because most of it looks perfect. Love the fireplaces and ‘stair step’ kitchen cabinets.
