Beautiful two story home with guest house on a quiet street in historical San Augustine, Texas. House was built about 112 years ago and was the boyhood home of famous Texas Architect Raiyford Stripling, who did the restoration of the mission at Goliad. The Home has three bedrooms and two baths downstairs and a large sleeping room and bath upstairs. It also has a study downstairs. The Large yard has pecan trees, and a newer survey is available. This home can be a very special with a little updating.
