The castle of the counts of Biandrate in San Giorgio Canavese dating back to the 12th century, was erected with defensive purposes; over the centuries and especially in the Baroque period changes were made that have given to the property the current stylish appearance. The Manor thanks to the recently implemented conservative renovation, has been restored to its original elegance and to a good state of repair. It is currently mostly used for events thanks to the wide-open spaces of the main body, to the large frescoed halls and to the spacious Italian garden. The Castle has also potential receptive vocation. In fact, in the guesthouse, where you can find a restaurant with a modernly equipped professional kitchen and a lounge bar, there are already 10 themed suites equipped with every comfort. On several occasions the property was used as a film set and several television productions have elected the Castle as an ideal location for their filming.
