I would buy it just for that stove, I always wanted a Frigidaire Flair, there’s no innovation like that anymore.

This is another where the street view changed my entire option about the house. I am partial to homes built in 1940 (I say because I currently live in one) so I like it already, but whew…. beautiful curb appeal.

That stove is magnificent. I want to roll my hair and cook in that kitchen. Turn on some 40’s on 4 on Sirius Radio and just have a blast.

Agreed. The exterior and cute neighborhood is why I posted it. The interior has a nostalgic feel though.

If only they still offered 40’s on 4!!

They do! I misspoke (misstyped?) when I called it 40’s on 4 because it is now 40’s Junction and is on 73. I guess 40’s on 73 just didn’t have the same ring to it.

A friend of ours lives across the street, and my husband works around the corner on Street Road. Both roads are exceptionally busy, lots of truck traffic as the turnpike entrance is near. Lots of nice homes in that area, one of the oldest townships in Bucks Co.

Great price for a solid home with some wonderful woodwork and lots of integrated radiators. You’ll feel no winter chill in this well built beauty.
