Oh my goodness; I would like to run a boys school here again in the tradition of “Little Men” by Louisa May Alcott!

The tile roof and stucco exterior is a real bonus. It looks in great shape and needs little work. The inside could use some changes but looks in good condition. I would want to look at updating the electrical system at the very least. It’s been a while since those kind of fuse boxes were used!

I love so much about this place, especially the windows. It’s gorgeous from the outside. I would need to undo the renos that have been perpetrated in the bathrooms, and put in a good kitchen. But then, I’m talking as if I have any idea what I’d do with a 5,000-square-foot house!

Taxes are high in Maine. We live on the ocean so super high! I wish I needed such a big house. This could be a beauty.
