I know this house very well. It is one block from where we live. We actually previewed it prior to it being put on the market. It is a great house and priced way below its value. It is an estate sale. The former owners were interior designers and the house interior would change with the trends up until he passed away. Wilson is a great city. Nash St is like Main St in Wilson. If you have questions I can answer them also.

Love the stove with the double oven because we had a similar one when I was a child. Ours even had a heated salt and pepper niche in the splash board. I never knew that salt could get stuck together on a humid day because that niche kept ours ready to pour.

I love that bathroom in the last picture. One of my favorite kinds of houses.

Marvelous house & love the details— even the painted woodwork as done so tastefully. Fabulous wallpaper in the last pic of bathroom. Very lovely house.

An elegant home – more so than I expected, although I also really like its exterior. And I think I spy a cool sleeping porch!
My bathtub appears to be a twin of the one in the last pic, provided it’s an American Standard. And with the same ‘elephant trunk’ spigot.

This home has a great aura about it – it’s the kind of house that speaks of family and tradition. It is obviously in need of a spruce up, modernization, etc. but hopefully someone with vision and flair will buy it. And North Carolina is where I was born so it kind of tugs at the heartstrings. My Grandma was born in nearby Raleigh and grew up in Hillsborough and I was born in Greensboro. Haven’t been back to the old home state since 1995. Feeling nostalgic.

Would snap this one up immediately if I weren’t forced to pay for my children’s college educations (well, first things first). But one day!

Love this one too! My fav is the window over the front door….the rest of the house looks wonderful too!
