The price on the real estate site is $106,000 but I left it out as, “The Listing price is the appraised value.”

Pointing out… “Showings will be restricted to group showings. Showings to be 7/9/18, 11:00-1:00 & 7/21/18, 11:00-1:00. All Bids will be sealed bids, Initial opening deadline July 25, 2018.”

So lovely. Someone lived here a long time it would seem, judging by the lack of updates and the toilet-arms in the bathroom. It’s filled with light and perches on its hill in such a lovely way.

I am going to rev up my Acme Transporter Beam, and steal that attached library.

Needs a lot of work(mainly paint), but a real gem.

The plan is confusing for me, but that library-ballroom is superb.
