Circa 1895 Schoolhouse located in the Historic Village Business District. The second floor is finished with over 1,200 square feet. An incredible light filled and open space supported by wood posts, soaring tin ceilings, wood floors and huge windows with natural trim and bull's eye molding. Are you a person who is engaged in or interested in visual, performing or creative arts? If so, the 1st floor would be great for an artist studio while living on the second floor. Sited prominently on the lot and in a great location with high visibility and plenty of parking.

This is precious. My hometown of Shickshinny, PA, tears down everything “old” – 3 schoolhouses, the granite bank, opera house, train station, etc.

I wonder if those are the original green schoolhouse shades. I remember my grade school had shades like that.
