Whenever I see a 1930s build date, my heart gets excited!

For, I anticipate seeing wondrous multi-colored bathrooms! Thus, I scroll breathlessly through the images!

    Only to be……often……dashed.

    Sigh.

With this house though, the kitchen saved me from complete despair.

Wonderful house! Love the old phone alcove! I do not know anything about the area, but it seems like a great price to me for a move-in ready home.

Revealing ignorance and risking looking stupid: Is this by any chance some kind of a kit home? I ask because I did a double take upon seeing it as its twin lives in my town here in CA.
