    Thanks Rosewater for sharing!

The listing photos were not in any particular order, I’m not sure what rooms are where so they were left as presented order.

Actually, it looks pretty well run and labeled to me. Electrical panels are just generally scary I think; especially with the face plate off. The last owner, (mmmm hhhmmmm), seems to have added a very few additional runs which were not part of the original installation. THOSE I would triple check; but otherwise seems to be a competent installation. 🙂

Sad what’s happened here, but what potential it still has. That room with the fireplace, wood floor and those windows!! Omg.

If I were wealthy, could keep my place in SC for the cold season(s), and skilled, this would be such a wonderful place to restore. I hope whomever buys this will be careful to keep its charm.

This has all the marks of a beautiful old home being turned into a rental – but there is still hope for someone who wants to work.

This one was on OHD years ago, maybe in a sampler – remember those? Off and on the market for ten years starting at $799,000, now a foreclosure. A sad story that could turn out sweet for the right person.
Berlin (pronounced BER-lin) is a small rural hamlet 3 miles from Massachusetts and 5 miles from Vermont. A 45 minute trip on country roads to Albany or Troy.
