    1885 Italianate.

This is so cute. Love the lightning rods, stairway, rooms, furniture, and the way the realtor captured it’s adorableness in the perfect sunlight. This should sell fast.

Absolutely beautiful job in restoration! It’s would be a wonderful time traveling experience to see. The detail that went into it is phenomenal, right down to the lighting and gravity flow toilet. Love this!

Yet another example of a house designed by George F. Barber. The 1904 year of construction is perfectly consistent with the time this design was being published by Barber. This home is an excellent example of Barber’s ability to design character into even the smallest and most modest of homes. Someone will get a real treasure here.

Some subtle customizations present in this Texas example are the staircase located in the front Hall and different locations and or deleted fireplaces. But otherwise, the layout matches as well.
