    Cute, cute CUTE! Great curb appeal- love the pointed almost gothic arched windows, not to mention the basically unremuddled kitchen. I think I’d warm the exterior color a bit, but, it’s as Cora said, just stinkin cute!

    Cranky comment: Painting materials like stone, brick and stucco is the equivalent of painting natural woodwork, and even more difficult to reverse.

    I’m absolutely swooning over all the different kinds of arches! I love the kitchen but I’d backdate the bathrooms, plus get rid of the carpet on the stairs.
