There is so much character that is still in this 1930's home that you will fall in love with and want to make it your very own. A full wood burning fireplace in the living room and larger than normal bedrooms and hallway, all await your delight. The upstairs loft has more charm with sconce lit shelving, gabled windows under eave storage and a mini-split unit to heat and cool the whole loft and can also be used as a 3rd bedroom. There is new metal roofing on all of the buildings, including storage buildings and a 2-car detached garage. You will enjoy entertaining in the large back yard that is fully enclosed with a wall and shaded with mature pecan trees. There is new carpet in the bedrooms and hallway and new paint inside and out. It’s like a Tudor revival but with a southwestern twist. Adorable!

I’m not a huge fan of Tudor, but this is just stinkin’ cute.

Cute, cute CUTE! Great curb appeal- love the pointed almost gothic arched windows, not to mention the basically unremuddled kitchen. I think I’d warm the exterior color a bit, but, it’s as Cora said, just stinkin cute!

This is an adorable little house. It must take a lot of water to
keep the lawn & other foliage green in the desert though.

Cranky comment: Painting materials like stone, brick and stucco is the equivalent of painting natural woodwork, and even more difficult to reverse.

I’m absolutely swooning over all the different kinds of arches! I love the kitchen but I’d backdate the bathrooms, plus get rid of the carpet on the stairs.
