        I own a 1908 in southern Oregon, the interior paneling looks very similar. My best guess is they are old-growth fir, like mine. It’s a very soft wood, easily bruised and unforgiving. My kitchen floor looks like a ballroom for elephants in hockey skates.I also understand why they chose white W2W. That also was here when I moved in. I took it out of course, but now the interior of the house is darker still. I can’t allow myself to paint the paneling and I’m too lazy to reamalgamate it to lighten it up. It’s good thing I am a lugubrious Goth person!

    This one is almost completely intact! Those few missing drawers in the kitchen would be easy to reproduce. I’d buy this house in a second if I had to move to Medford.

      Swell, but it’s nowhere near Medford! Good thing too, we are socked in every July through October with wildfire smoke. I’m seriously considering selling my old house and getting out.

    What fantastic woodworking throughout this home! It would appear even the kitchen has original cabinetry, which looks fantastic. It’s amazingly intact and most likely that the carpet has protected a wood floor. I see handrailing which indicates an elderly person has been in residence. I wonder if this home has had the same occupants for some time. It’s beautiful. You’re close to Medford, Ashland – the Shakespeare Festival and of course, Crater Lake, which is a marvel. Great house, thanks for sharing.

    This is one one of my favorite houses ever posted here! Myrtle Point is pretty small and about 2.5 hours to Medford, 1 hour to Roseburg, and about 30 min to Coos Bay.
