Beautiful 1897 Victorian style with lots of character and upgrades! 4 bedroom 2 bathrooms, this home boasts everything you could want in a 100+ year old home! This home has had plenty of updates- the exterior had been redone to a low maintenance siding, new front porch, new boiler for radiant heat. Plenty of electrical and plumbing upgrades. Basement/foundation are in good condition. Great attic space could be finished or conditioned storage.

I respect, but normally don’t like how these homes are overly decorated. This one, however, is done with a bit of masculinity. I love the wall paper in the entrance, the woodwork, and all the books. The only thing missing is a moose head over a fireplace, removal of all the ceiling fans, and it would be ready for me to move in.

Wow- the pictures here really let you see the distortion of perspective and true proportions a camera lens choice will make. Check out the front hall furnishings in one pic to the next. Makes me wonder what the rest of the rooms really look like.

I think at some point the dining room and family room were swapped. Current configuration requires a long slog from the kitchen to dining room.
