    I like this house, appears well worth the cost of restoration with the asking price. The woodwork looks original, the window dimensions are pleasing, love the pocket doors. Hope whomever buys this one loves historic preservation, it could really sparkle.

    Sweet exterior fist picture. Seems to take the air out of everyone’s sails when the “T” word was mentioned. I guess you would have to get some good bids to see if it is feasible to be a good buy, Nice pocket doors, built in’s and fireplaces.

    Termite damage is not the end of the world! The house we are renovating was full of termite damage. It can be expensive (depending on the amount), but usually a person renovating is going to be doing a lot if wall board and floor repair and replacement anyway. And it would be well worth it at this price!
