Thanks Kelly! This house is super! I love the octagonal breakfast room. Does anyone still even build arbors like the one over the front door anymore?

What a charming home! Ready for its TV show family to move right in, I feel like.

Tons of curb appeal! The newer addition at the back doesn’t thrill me, but the original house is cute, with lots of nice details.

Love this one. I would first pull up all the carpeting, hopefully there are hardwood floors, new countertop in kitchen, paint all rooms and new curtains – then move right in.

Pretty home, hope no one wants to go in there and “open concept”

Open concept is dead. Thank goodness! Never liked it. Love this house, though. Lots of nice amenities.

I love that my house is “closed concept” haha. I don’t want to hear the TV or my kids’ squabbles when I’m in the kitchen cooking and listening to MY music.

Had me at the glass door knobs!!
To bad someone spent so much time cleaning the carpets cause
you just know that the hardwood underneath is screaming to be
    set free…

That is the most meticulously-vacuumed carpeting I’ve ever seen! 🙂

I love all the retro colors in the bathrooms! So original and beautiful! The kitchen is fab too. Whats the thing knee high near the kitchen cabinets? Painted reddish?

Its a radiator set into an alcove. More than likely original as are all the radiators in the house!

Wow! What an awesome surprise! I’ve lived in Princeton my entire life, and my grandparents lived in this house when my mom was in her teens😀. I’ve always loved it, and the location is great. Close to the high school and one of our elementary schools, and not far from downtown.
We were fortunate to be friends of the couple who bought it from my grandparents, and I was able to visit it a couple of times as a teenager myself.
So much potential here, and yes, that breakfast bay is the icing on this cake.
Thanks to whomever shared this. You made my day!

A really nice home, on a street of really nice homes, in a really nice town filled with well preserved and historically valued really nice homes. Did I mention “really nice”! The town is a gem for old house lovers.

My sister has lived in Princeton for many years and works downtown. This is so tempting!! I would have to find a job there, however. 🙂

beautiful home, i would get rid of all that wood paneling and repaint, i do love that turquoise room though. kitchen and baths need update and get rid of the curtains but the outside is an absolute dollhouse and i love the curved doorways in the interiors. creepy dark shower in that bathroom would be the first to go! tear out carpet and restore hardwood floors…
