Thanks to the owners for sharing their home with us.

Old street view shows they had to open up the porch, great job with the exterior changes.

What a difference that liberated porch makes! Congratulations to the owners for sacrificing square footage for aesthetics and architectural harmony!

Yes, a big improvement, opening the porch back up all of the way! A pretty house, esp. that blue tiled fp, and nice & light & cheery inside.

I like the light, cheery interior as well, and that dining room is the star of the show!

Is there gas hookups? Was those done away with, or still around.

I really love this house! I do not see many old Florida homes that I like but I love this one!! Wish I was ready to move to FL…beautifully redone and still has so much character!

Glad to see a picture rail used properly, that is so nice. The new light fixtures are nice and appear high quality, but I can’t help but hope the originals are tucked away in the attic. All the yummy shades of green, my fav.
