Something about this is just fascinating to me. The historic photos are wonderful. Oh…if those walls could talk.
Also, I want to know more about the big old house on the opposite corner from this church in the street view.

This place would be a whole lot cooler if the steeple and original entry portico were put back 🤔

New Marlbourough is a wonderful little village in the Berkshires. It has an amazing 1760 inn and restaurant.

I hope someone rescues this one. The plainness of the interior gives a lot of options for re-purposing the building. I see it as more of a commercial use than residential because it sits right on the street.

Could be fantastic as a residence with the right touch. But does strike me as being pretty ambitious with the price.

I’m a huge fan of your blog and it’s my first time commenting. This was for sale a few years ago and we were very interested, but it’s right in the middle of the flood plain.

Love the old photos. I’ve driven by this a million times and it never occurred to me that it was a church. I always thought it was a grange or some sort of community building. That is really a lovely area. I hope some ambitious person restores it.

Those windows would be pretty cool if incorporated into the restoration/renovation.
