    I am usually not a wallpaper person, but the 5th photo and last photo (esp, the last photo) I really like. A very nice place, I would change a few things. Add a fence to the back yard, redo the kitchen, and pull up some of the carpet. Overall, it’s ready to move in as is!

    This was a popular pattern home. I’ve seen it in Radford’s early publications as well as Hodgson’s and Chivers. Radford’s 1902 called it design no 95. Here’s a link to compare it.

    I would preserve the original kitchen! They only thing I might do in the kitchen is I might add matching custom upper cabinets above the sink.
