  1. Nicely done. It takes courage to paint the exterior of your house any color other than white. This works.

  2. Pretty house! Other than toning down the reds to less bright shades and changing out the black countertops, I could keep the rest just as is. Love the front entry – so light & bright! The kitchen, too. And… a breakfast nook. 👍🏼

  3. Ice rink! Brilliant. And a nice cello — I want to visit if I can’t buy. Attractive house, well kept.

  4. I would not change one tiny thing about this house and might actually offer to buy it furnished, if I were so lucky to be looking to buy in MI, one of my favorite states! Gorgeous! It is so refreshing to see a house full of color and light. Many old homes are rather dark and the modern trend of decorating with beiges and grays hurts my eyes 🙂

  5. I was pleasantly surprised by this house! It’s looks like such a comfy home, full of light. Great job owners, that kitchen is a cook’s dream!

  6. I really love that kitchen! It has my all-time favorite color combo! I think that it’s a great idea to have an ice rink in the yard! My son and daughter would have loved that! Such a beautiful home!0

  7. Very attractive! It looks like this was originally a fairly small Greek Revival house, expanded to the left a few years later with different windows and a Gothic dormer. An 1870’s map shows there was a big addition on the back as well, maybe an attached carriage barn. I’m glad to see the new kitchen as a nicely done addition rather than a major alteration of the old house.
