Nicely done. It takes courage to paint the exterior of your house any color other than white. This works.

Pretty house! Other than toning down the reds to less bright shades and changing out the black countertops, I could keep the rest just as is. Love the front entry – so light & bright! The kitchen, too. And… a breakfast nook. 👍🏼

Ice rink! Brilliant. And a nice cello — I want to visit if I can’t buy. Attractive house, well kept.

I would not change one tiny thing about this house and might actually offer to buy it furnished, if I were so lucky to be looking to buy in MI, one of my favorite states! Gorgeous! It is so refreshing to see a house full of color and light. Many old homes are rather dark and the modern trend of decorating with beiges and grays hurts my eyes 🙂

I love the red exterior! Also like how they blended old with new.

I really love that kitchen! It has my all-time favorite color combo! I think that it’s a great idea to have an ice rink in the yard! My son and daughter would have loved that! Such a beautiful home!0

Very attractive! It looks like this was originally a fairly small Greek Revival house, expanded to the left a few years later with different windows and a Gothic dormer. An 1870’s map shows there was a big addition on the back as well, maybe an attached carriage barn. I’m glad to see the new kitchen as a nicely done addition rather than a major alteration of the old house.

Zowie! When there is three feet of snow on the ground and you are coming home from your third Christmas party in week, you will have no problem finding the front door. I LOVE this house, it is terrific inside and out. Plus there is a double bass! I started a drinking game where I had to have a shot of JD every time I opened a house blurb on OHD and there was a piano inside. Had to join AA within a week. Not really… A double bass is much cooler than a piano though. Smiles…
